A Norwegian SMB was spending many hours per week on manual handling of email, documents and reporting. We mapped the usage, picked local AI for the sensitive flows, and automated the rest with existing tools.

We started with an AI assessment: interviewed key people, listed where time was actually going, and matched each task to a concrete approach (local AI, cloud AI, process change, or still manual). After classification we built a targeted solution that ran on the customer's own infrastructure for the parts containing personal data, and used existing cloud services where appropriate. The result was measured over a three-month window against a baseline time-tracking from before the project started.
